Certify that each Welder has satisfactorily passed AWS qualification test for welding processes involved and, if pertinent, has undergone recertification.
In addition to Daily Report's from Contractor's Project Management personnel also file a Field Manager's/Inspectors Daily Report. These reports are to be systematically record the contractor's day to day progress. In addition to being a record of job status, properly documented reports will provide a tool for schedule monitoring as well as provide support for claims mitigation. Typical information includes, progress completed, materials delivered, weather conditions, trade labor on site, and unusual occurrences.
