QC/QA Engineer

The Role provides Technical Quality Control/Quality Assurance support to the Quality/Safety Manager. Responsible for maintaining project control systems and develops specialized project quality control systems or customizes existing systems to meet specific project requirements.

Supervision provides oversight to the contractor's field operations to ensure quality construction and working practices. Has technical knowledge of Reading drawings and specifications. Prepares daily reports for work inspected.

Understands Electro Mechanical technology

Safety Engineer

Role is the Safety representative on the project during construction, overseeing that construction proceeds in a safe manner within established guidelines, regulations, and laws.

Supervision provides oversight to the constructor's field operation to ensure safe working practices. Has technical knowledge of Reading drawings and specifications. Prepares daily reports for work inspected.

The Whole Electrical and Mechanical installations and associated works shall be carried out in strict accordance with the following standards and regulations as applicable.

Electrical

Materials and Equipment shall conform to the latest edition of reference specifications specified herein and to applicable codes and requirements of local authorities having jurisdiction.

1. Code Requirements: Electrical Materials, equipment and work shall comply in all respect as a minimum to the latest International Electrical Commission (IEC) recommendations or British Standards specifications. Other equivalent international code requirement as NECVDE are considered.

   Should any difference rise between standards, the requirement of the specifications should prevail and the stringent standards should be applied.

2. All Electrical Equipment and Materials shall be brand new and manufactured by a reputable suppliers with 5 years minimum experience.

Mechanical

Materials and Equipment shall conform to the latest edition of reference specifications specified herein and to applicable codes and requirements of local authorities having jurisdiction.

1. Qualify Welding processes and Welding Operators in accordance with AWS D1.1 "Structural Welding Code – Steel"

   Certify that each Welder has satisfactorily passed AWS qualification test for welding processes involved and, if pertinent, has undergone recertification.

2. Fire Resistance Ratings: Where a Fire – resistance classification is indicated, provide access door assembly with panel door, frame, hinges and latch from manufacturer listed in the UL "Building Materials Directory" for rating shown.
3. HVAC All Ductworks are complete with duct reducers, splitter dampers, flexible duct connectors, duct sealants, steel hangers & supports and shall be locally fabricated, including complete standard accessories as per SMACNA.

Project Procedures Manual - Daily Inspection Report

In addition to Daily Report's from Contractor's Project Management personnel also file a Field Manager's/Inspectors Daily Report. These reports are to be systematically record the contractor's day to day progress. In addition to being a record of job status, properly documented reports will provide a tool for schedule monitoring as well as provide support for claims mitigation. Typical information includes, progress completed, materials delivered, weather conditions, trade labor on site, and unusual occurrences.

Personal Protective Equipments

Project employees are provided with proper type of personal protective equipments:

1. HARD HATS - Must be worn at all times in Project Site
2. EYE PROTECTION – Must be worn at all times when operation being performed presents the risk of eye injury
3. EAR PROTECTION - Must be worn at all times when operation being performed presents the risk of an ear or hearing injury
4. FOOT PROTECTION – All employees shall wear Hard soled shoes or Boots with leather uppers. Canvass shoes, Tennis shoes or sneakers are not allowed.
5. SAFETY BELTS – Must be worn whenever falls from heights are possible.
